WriteSpark
Terms of Service
The basic rules for using WriteSpark as a parent-led educational tool.
Last updated: August 29, 2026
Use of WriteSpark
These terms govern your use of WriteSpark, a service owned and operated by Collabsuite LLC (“Collabsuite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). WriteSpark is designed for parents and guardians to support children's handwriting, writing, reading responses, and reading comprehension practice.
Family plans and founding families
The paid WriteSpark Family plan supports up to 4 child profiles. Classroom students added through an instructor workspace are handled separately from a family plan.
Founding families offer: if you create a family account on or before October 30, 2026, that account keeps its current 2-child family plan free forever. This promise applies to that founding account and the current 2-child plan; it does not include paid-plan child capacity, unrelated future products, or separate services.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
The paid Family plan is offered at $9.99/month, billed each month, or $59.99/year, billed each year. Choosing annual billing saves $59.89 per year compared with 12 monthly payments (a 50% savings, rounded to the nearest whole percent). Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal linked from your WriteSpark account. The portal will show when cancellation takes effect and the access period covered by your last payment.
We may change subscription prices. If a change applies to an existing subscription, we will give advance notice before the affected renewal when required, and you may cancel before that renewal. Applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes may be added where required.
Any refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, the terms shown at purchase, and applicable law. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.
Parent Responsibility
Parents are responsible for managing child profiles, reviewing uploaded work, and deciding how to use AI-generated feedback. AI feedback may be imperfect and should not replace a parent, teacher, or professional judgment.
Uploads and Content
Only upload work that you have permission to upload. Do not upload sensitive information that is not needed for writing or reading feedback.
Availability
We aim to keep WriteSpark reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time while we improve it.
Email Communications
When you register for WriteSpark, you agree that we may send emails to the address on your account. These may include:
- account and security messages, such as password resets and important service notices

You can opt out of newsletters, marketing, feedback requests, and most product-update emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us through the contact page. Even if you opt out of these messages, we may still send emails that are necessary to operate your account, protect security, or comply with law.
